Use this website to request freight pricing and communicate accurate shipment information. Submit only information and documents you are authorized to share. A quote request does not reserve a truck or guarantee pickup, delivery timing, capacity or a price. Our office reviews the request and our dispatcher confirms availability and arrangements. Transportation, pricing, payment and other shipment terms are agreed separately for each confirmed shipment.
If you separately opt in, ITA Trading Inc may send non-marketing text messages about your freight quote requests, requests for shipment details, pickup and delivery updates, and invoice reminders. Message frequency varies according to your requests and shipments. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing services. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may send one message confirming your unsubscribe request, after which you will no longer receive messages from that program. To rejoin, use the opt-in form and provide consent again. Your mobile carrier may also provide blocking options. Do not rely on SMS alone for urgent shipment changes; contact our office directly.
For assistance, reply HELP to a message from us or email [email protected]. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about text or data charges, contact your wireless provider. Never send payment card details or other sensitive credentials by SMS.
