We collect information you provide when requesting a quote or communicating with us: your name, company, phone number and email; pickup and delivery locations, addresses, dates and time windows; pallet and box counts; billing contact details; additional instructions; and BOL attachments. If you choose SMS communication, we also record your consent choices. Website and form services may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address and browser information.
We use this information to review freight requests, prepare pricing, coordinate confirmed pickups and deliveries, support billing, answer questions, and maintain business records. We send SMS messages only when you have separately opted in to the applicable message program. Providing a phone number or requesting a quote alone does not constitute SMS consent.
Website requests and communications are processed through our HighLevel account. Providers supporting our website, communications, accounting and shipment operations may process information needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect lawful rights. We keep records for business operations and applicable recordkeeping requirements. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits, quote-button clicks, and completed quote requests. Google uses cookies and similar identifiers to process information such as browser and device details, traffic sources, and interactions with this website. Our quote analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipment addresses, memo text, or uploaded documents. We do not sell customer information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
